The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize Attendance App for calculating wages, managing employee shifts, and tracking petty cash for business purposes.
The application primarily stores data on your local device for maximum privacy and offline availability. You are solely responsible for creating regular backups (using the in-app JSON Export or PDF/Excel sharing features) to guard against device malfunction, loss, or data corruption.
While the app incorporates standard labor calculations (overtime multipliers, half-day rates, monthly wage divisors), you are responsible for ensuring that wage rates, bonuses, and deductions comply with applicable local employment laws and agreements with your workers.
All software design, user interfaces, branding, algorithms, and source code are the intellectual property of Azaz Madkiya. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute, or clone this application without explicit written authorization.
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". In no event shall the developer be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, business interruption, or salary disputes.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued usage of the application indicates acceptance of any revisions.
