This Privacy Policy applies to the Attendance App (Haazri Pro) mobile application for Android devices, developed and published by Azaz Madkiya. We are committed to protecting the privacy of contractors, business owners, supervisors, and employees who use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your usage of the application features, we may collect or store the following categories of information:

• Employer / User Profile: Full name, firm/company name, email address, and contact number.
• Worker & Staff Records: Worker names, phone numbers, wage payment models (daily wage, monthly salary, per-hour, or piece-rate), and daily attendance logs.
• Financial & Cashbook Logs: Salary advance records, petty cash expenses, bonus payments, and wage settlement notes.
• Authentication Data: When signing in via Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication securely handles OAuth tokens. We do not store or access your Google account passwords.

2. Location Data & Geofence Policy

Our app provides an optional Geofence Attendance Verification feature to confirm that attendance check-ins occur at designated workplace coordinates.

• Foreground Proximity Check: GPS coordinates are accessed strictly during active check-in marking to calculate distance from the work site.
• No Continuous Background Tracking: We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.
• Zero Location Monetization: GPS coordinates are never sold, rented, or distributed to advertising networks.

3. Android Permissions & Justifications

• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Used strictly for optional workplace geofencing attendance validation.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to deliver daily attendance reminders, wage settlement alerts, and local backup notifications.
• READ_CONTACTS (Optional): Allows the user to select an existing contact phone number when registering a new worker without manual typing.
• STORAGE & FILE PROVIDER: Used to generate, export, and share monthly attendance PDF and Excel payroll sheets.

4. Data Storage & Security Measures

Your records are stored within an encrypted, sandboxed Room SQLite database on your local device. We offer in-app PIN App Lock protection to prevent unauthorized physical access. Data transmissions (such as Firebase auth or cloud backup) use industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

In full compliance with Google Play Store User Data & Account Deletion policies:

• Local Data Wipe: You can purge all staff profiles, attendance logs, and financial records anytime via Settings > Data Safety > Wipe All Local App Data.
• Account & Cloud Deletion Request: If you signed in with Google/Firebase and want all associated records deleted permanently, you can submit a deletion request via our Data Deletion Portal or email us directly at azazmadkiya@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 48 hours.

6. Children's Privacy

This application is intended for commercial workforce and business administration. It is not intended for or marketed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
