By downloading, installing, or using VaultSafe Offline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
VaultSafe Offline is a 100% offline password manager and secure vault. All encrypted data resides solely on your local device. We do not maintain backup copies of your vault, nor can we recover your master password if lost. You are solely responsible for remembering your master password and maintaining backups of your device.
All source code, UI designs, graphics, and documentation associated with VaultSafe Offline are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While strong encryption standards are utilized to safeguard your data, you acknowledge that security depends on your choice of master password and device security.
In no event shall the developers or copyright holders be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use VaultSafe Offline, including data loss resulting from device failure or forgotten master passwords.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
