By downloading, installing, or using Medicine Tracker (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Disclaimer: Not Medical Advice
CRITICAL NOTICE: Medicine Tracker is designed as an organizational and tracking tool to help you manage your medications, appointments, and medical contacts. The App is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, medication dosages, and treatment schedules.
- Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information tracked or notifications generated by this App.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the reminders, as they depend on the settings you configure and the functionality of your device’s operating system.
3. User Responsibility
- Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the medication names, dosages, intervals, and appointment times entered into the App are correct.
- Device Maintenance: Because data is stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining your device’s battery, system settings, and volume to ensure reminders can trigger properly. We are not liable for missed medications due to device failure, battery loss, or incorrect notification configurations.
- Data Backup: As an offline-first app, your data lives on your device. If you lose your device or uninstall the App without a backup, your data will be lost.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Medicine Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health, profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
- Any missed medications or missed appointments;
- Any conduct or content of any third party in relation to the App.
5. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features within it, with or without notice.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
